Why can I log in to myCommnet but not Office365?

First, there are a couple things you should check.
- Make sure you are typing in your NetID (not email address) as the username.
- Check that you typed your NetID correctly (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Verify that you are getting the popup Authentication window. If you never get the chance to put your password in then you may need to adjust your internet settings so that you are prompted for your password.

When creating a Discussion, Blog or Journal response for Blackboard, the best way to not lose data before you save an answer in Blackboard, is to first type your response in Microsoft Word or Notebad. Then copy and paste your response into the appropriate area in Blackboard.
