February 25th, 2014: Cisco has made a change recently (cryptographic key update) that impacts any WebEx recording links that were created and shared (web pages, email messages, or documents) prior to January 29th, 2014. It is recommended that if you have shared a WebEX recording link prior to January 29th, that you follow the steps in the User Guide for the WebEx Cryptographic Key Update before February 28, 2014.

We have been receiving inquiries from ConnSCU customers who indicate problems while accessing or working within Blackboard Learn while using the Internet Explorer web browser. We have been informed by Blackboard that this has to do with recent updates to the IE browser, and they are in the process of applying fixes to the system. For now, if you experience issues with Blackboard while using IE, simply use a different web browser, such as FireFox or Chrome.

First, there are a couple things you should check.
- Make sure you are typing in your NetID (not email address) as the username.
- Check that you typed your NetID correctly (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Verify that you are getting the popup Authentication window. If you never get the chance to put your password in then you may need to adjust your internet settings so that you are prompted for your password.
